I’m bisexual but I didn’t realize it until I got a little older( i’m 18, came out when I was 16)
I have a friend in his thirties who is married to a woman and just realized he is bisexual. It is completely possible to discover your sexuality isn't what you thought it was. I hope you are in a place where you can safely explore your interests.
I'm straight and I am also a woman in real life.
i don't really label my sexuality or my gender, they are too fluid to be put in a box. i guess i could be considered pansexual if you really needed to define it, because i am attracted to people regardless of their gender (which is a social construct i don't believe in) or their sex.

Gay is usually what I tell people, but I feel like sexuality is so diverse, that subjecting to yourself to one single category is unjust
There is over 8 billion human's on Plant Earth.
There is also 8 billion different way's of having sex.
I've never had the same sex twice.............. Even with a husband I am Devoted to, and is now Dead.
What I've done since then has been very exploratory.
Men in America are disgusting to me now. So I play with women of 'high standing', now.
But currently am 'dating' a 'Gay man' who love's having a super model on his arm's for events.
It is such an odd relationship, I don't think there is an English word for it. I simply have fun with a wild man who's interest's are directed towards your HUSBAND. He is a total pervert in the worst way and thus, not a sexual being to my understanding nor 'WISH'.
I am literally used as 'Eye-candy', by him. Not my problem, but I do, have fun being a 'prop in his 'plays'/....
I prefer women for my own personal reason's of personalities and emotional understanding.
Men always try to mock the 'professional woman', especially when they really are out-matched in skills.
Dating a man in my profession would be totally impossible. Their own EGO, would destroy any relationship with me,
in SECONDS. But that doesn't mean I don't find those 'barbarians' cute.
Because there is 'one', every once in a while that get's me 'Wet' enough to tease for fun and giggles.

Sexuality can be much more complicated than people who try to put people's sexualities into straight or gay boxes. I'm simply bi but there are other options still - asexual, pansexual, sexually fluid (your sexuality changes) just to name a few. Gender identity can also complicate it.
But there are not medical facts around sexuality, there are many different beliefs by scientists on what causes sexuality etc. which has changed so much over the years that what they think is not 'fact' - not very long ago they weren't sure if bisexuality was even definitely a think. Uhhh I think many bisexual people can tell you it is.
If you thought you were straight but are not sure then bisexuality is possible but so is being gay or other options are still possible.
It also depends on your age - I intentionally did not label my sexuality when I was a teenager because of hormones etc they can be very confusing, plus your sexuality is not fully developed to what it could or should or might be.
You can only live your life and you will find who you are attracted to and who you are on the way. x
