What makes you smile?
i love the soft warms sand of the beach on a hot summer day
Money and buying clothes, I don't know why but when i'm sad clothes and makeup cheer me up!
Two things making me smile recently:
1) I saw my guy the other day. He's usually just consumed by stress, but when we were together it made him smile. And seeing him smile makes me smile because I just want to make him happy so much - I'd literally do anything I could within my power to make him smile, but it was merely seeing each other that set him off. And I'm smiling even more just thinking about it.
2) I'm currently working as a waitress in a restaurant in London. It's near offices, so we have people come in after work for gin, cocktails, bottles of prosecco... I realise it's not the same everywhere else in the world, but in London people will drink alcohol any night of the week. The city itself kind of enables its inhabitants to become functioning alcoholics (my dad's girlfriend who is from the US claims she drank more in her first month living here than she'd ever done through the whole of her college years!)
When customers start getting quite tipsy, they say things that make me laugh...
Posh lady: Oh my god, your hair colour is amazing! Where are you from? Are you like Scandinavian or something??
Bambi: No I'm actually British. I just bleach my hair to make it white blonde.
Posh lady: Oh my god, that's literally amazing. You're so on trend.
Bambi: Aw, thank you...
Posh lady: *grabs my hand* No, my darling - Thank YOU
Bambi: *notices customers have an empty bottle* Excuse me, could I get you anything more to drink?
Customer 1: Should we have another bottle everyone?? ...Yes, go on then another bottle of the prosecco.
Bambi: Ok. No problem.
*Whole table erupts with laughter*
Customer 2: That was so easy - We didn't even have to convince you to let us have some more!
Bambi: *laughing* Well, it's a Tuesday night, so why not eh?
Customer 3: You have just become our new favourite person!

What makes me happy is when people support me and understand me, as well as have the qualities of what I consider a good friend. What I consider a good friend is someone who's honest, trustworthy, kind, sweet, caring, nice, and friendly. That's what makes me happy.

My toddler daughter, she said something that had me smile the other day. I was showing her this rubber duck and said "Isn't this a nice duckie? What does the duckie want?" And she said "Your number." I just love the randomness of toddlers.
