IMO voting system is cool and brigns fun to the game. But I also think that dislikes aren`t necessary :/ I would wote for 6) from Kimsim list, BUT, maybe different reactions would give different amount of points? E.g. Like = 5 points, Wow = 10 points, Love = 15 points. It would be dissappointing if voting will be removed :<

That is why Facebook and other companies (like for example newspapers) do not use it...they fear such undesirable activities!
The psychology behind this is...people have to be homogeneously and should not have any opportunity to disagree!

It seems that I have to agree with the majority here and say that what is the point in leaving any type of negative comment, unless hurting people's feelings is what makes you happy. Bimboland must surely be about like minded people enjoying a place to have fun, be friendly, respectful and help each other and after all, we are not here to compete with each other, are we?. If you don't feel it's appropriate to make a good, positive comment or to like somebody/something, then just be content to say/do nothing. The reason I have no dislikes in my about me is so that I maintain a positive message, although I'm sure careful reading of my statements could draw forth negative responses, but honestly, why bother?. There's enough problems in our world without the need to add more hate and misery.

I believe this was all started around some gang disliking of profiles...which was a lil silly and now gone. I don't think it was ever really about the comments like/dislike.

The Dislike and like buttons are just tools, but ones that it’s easy to hide behind. In themselves they will change nothing, but they can be used to promote some ideas above the value of their worth, or make other good ideas seem worthless (this is why elections etc. can be rigged). To truly make change, remove all the buttons and if you agree/disagree then make a statement for discussion.

Certainly making assertions about somebody, when you actually have no idea about that person, is not necessary. This makes people feel the need to defend themselves and not the topic of debate.
