Fantasy beings
edition - same as usual we are having three rounds. The concept is the same as last time - all three themes are the different stages of the same main topic. It is about fantasy beings that inhabit air, earth and water. You can rely on mythology, come up with your own ideas of new fantasy beings or mix the previous two the way it suits you.
2nd round: Earth fantasy beings, May 14th 00:00 - May 18nd 23:59
3rd round: Water fantasy beings, May 21st 00:00 - May 25th 23:59
Themes descriptions:
From the airy heights of clouds over compact and tangible earth down to the allure of watery depths of mystery and unknown. Here is a brief description, some hints and ideas. The rest is left to your own imagination. You don't need to follow any example strictly, let your mind wander and explore untold possibilities.
Air
The element of air, ethereal and fluffy or unearthly cold and wind-like severe. Think of the winged and flying fantasy beings that resides high above the earth in clouds palaces. Pegasus, harpies, sphynx... even gargoyles.
Earth
All earthly creatures, known or unknown from the common fantasy lore. Think of beings that inhabit the land, caves, forests or underground, either they are human like, mysterious animals or half humans-half animal.
Water
The element of water and deep dwellers. Think of seafolks, merpeople, sirens, selkies, kelpies or any other of your imagination that fits in underwater fantasy setting.
Qualification system:
- 1st round is open for everyone, the more participants the better
- 2nd round:
In order to qualify you have to participate in the 1st round. Since
states don't have an equal number of members and number of participants
varies, one of five is going to place farther. It is like 1/5 or more of
participants from each state will place farther. The system is next:
1 to 5 participants - 1 places for the second round
6 to 10 participants - 2 place for the second round
and so on...
This system is pretty relaxed and gives good chances to each state. If necessary, we are going to lower the bar to 1/3 same as we did last time.
- 3rd round
: Placing for the third round will be based both on the number of
participants and earned points. For each 3 participants from each state
from the 2nd round, one is eligible for the third. It means:
1 to 3 - 1 might go farther
4 to 6 - 2 might go farther
and so on...
But
there will also be an average point limit, so someone may drop out if
they don't reach above the average. Average value will be calculated
based on the sum of points of all participants divided by the number of
all participants. It means, if it happens that some state had only one
player qualified for the second round, it doesn't mean they qualify for
the third as well only because they are the only one from that state.
Point limit is there to decide such borderline issues.
It also
means that if some state has 7-9 participants for instance which makes 3
players eligible for going farther, it doesn't mean all 3 will make it.
If one or more of them have a score below the average value, they won't
place farther.
It will prevent hindering the smaller states and giving an advantage to the bigger ones.
(It is not as complicated as it sounds)
Final winners: Of course, they are going to be picked from 3rd round participants. It is going to be based solely on points. Except, this time previous two rounds will be taken into account as well.
Prizes: Now when we have all 6 SMs prizes for the winners are going to be bigger than last time. We are going to split them between each others. In short, prizing system stays the same except now we have the full PH set up.
Contest organization:
There is a thread in each town hall. Post your outfit in your state town hall. Your SM is going to collect them.
SMs
and I are going to rate ALL outfits together. If happens that any of
the official SMs is absent during the Fashion Week, the rating role may
take any member
of PH who is neither participant, SM or myself. If we don't have such a
person that place will stay empty. It won't hurt the results since each
state will have an equal number of judges.

Rules:
- Screenshots from the shop are strictly forbidden! Any attempt to manipulate this rule will result in disqualification.
- Enter with a new outfits, using old outfits will result in disqualification.

previous entry and add a new one, or you can message FP to update your
post with a new outfit.
