It would be a great temptation with a "friends list" to create voting blocks and it is a sure fire way to condone mini "gangs", but it has positive side: contacting and making this easier to be friendly with people you like!
Ability to make (better) friends
I would like to have a friends list and the idea of giving gifts. We can not not make good positive changes because if cheaters we have detective that will take care of that. I want to concentrate on having fun not doing something because it might benefit a cheater.

I have been on other sites and played other games where there are friends and cheating with multiple accounts. It has never ruined my fun because I was too busy with the people on my friends list to care. I do not focus on the negative, just on my game playing.

Voting gangs already exist, friends list or not. And for that matter all the circles of friends that have formed here also vote for each other in fights and debates. And honestly that is just how it goes. You always prefer your friends over people you don't know or don't like.
As for cheating, I think no system is flawless and there will always be cheaters. But as Fifi12 already stated I like to focus on all the positive things this game/community has brought me.

I don't know why no one has asked for a sugar mommy/baby relationship status yet?
I'd rather see it as a contact list or observed bimbos list visible only for a player to get faster to other's bimbo profile, without waiting for the other bimbo to appear among online bimbos. Not as a classic friends list like on Facebook. That's only my opinion.
