Hello all, I thought I would start a bit of a wish list here...

I can not promise all will be fulfilled, but it is at least a place where we can share ideas. I might not be super keen on an idea, but if it gets a pile of upvotes...well then, clearly the masses are interested.

My IMs are always open, as is my comments area....but this is a great place to share ideas publicly and really get a feel for different ideas. It is intended mainly for Agnostica ideas/events, but feel free to share anything, even broader game based, but we have little control over that....but the SM (presently me) can bring some of these forward for discussion. The developers are always busy with things...but they are also willing to listen to ideas. I have brought forth a few things here and there myself, and while it doesn't happen over night, they do seem to want to implement positive changes. If everyone chases them down with wishes it is, I imagine, overwhelming....but perhaps the government should start helping with that :D

An example of an idea for our state: Would really love a fashion contest on (fill in blank)

An example of broader based suggestions (an example I brought forth recently that they seemed interested in: I suggested that for duels instead of the number of friends you have listed it should be the number of people who have friended you. They seemed receptive to this

In-State stuff I (or future SMs) can work on,broader things we can discuss on a government level and bring forth. Of course, there are threads in the main forum that help with this as well.

Hello dear Agnostica citizens (are we "Agnosticians"?)

I'm sorry that there is so little attention and I myself had cut back forum time to be able to keep up the daily bimbo duties while real life demanded more time. I really like the idea to keep a wish list, but I am a little discouraged as to what actually will be done with it. My most important wish at the moment was posted by someone (maybe Ex Machina?) in the suggestions thread and actually I saw it several times: Reset all counters at the same time preferably midnight. Maximum of reactions to other bimbos and games take 24 hours from your last one and thus you start to miss opportunities because you cannot use them exactly the same time each day.
Secondly: I'd really wish for the achievements to be reworked, as numerous bimbos have pointed out, that some are ridiculously hard (funky gold) and some impossible to reach (diva gold, hipster gold).

I had a couple more things in mind, but cannot recollect them just now.

Thank you for posting in here. An exact formula for how to approach this all is not laid out...something that will need to be built as we go. However...we all know that in principle when a community discusses things and perhaps even votes on some matters that it can then be a collective state voice. It allows the SM to approach the PB and developers not as a single voice but representing the entire state...thousands. I could go speak my mind...but that is not representative of the state...only open discussions are....i don't want to be one person speaking some agenda of mine....i want to be presenting our collective voice. I want to take our voice and speak to other SM...to sometimes get us all lobbying for things. THAT is government and that is a voice.

I will speak more directly to your post in a few hours...it would be awesome if there was some more feedback before then...after as well. Thankyou for finally opening the floor!

Once again, thankyou for finally starting something up for dome discussion. As for the "Agnosticans",,,,,I have a lil something in mind to spark some debate on such matters coming up :D
The counters thing is something I have seen mentioned as well...and always bugged me a bit to...agreed it should probably be something that we bring forward.

Ideally, I think we want to get a handful of ideas being discussed here. We take that list and come up with a way to pick 2 or 3 priorities...from there I would like to table them to the entire government. I mean that is what government is supposed to do....get input from their area (our state), then work with other pier government (SMs) debate different items in an open forum...present it to senior leadership as the voice of the people. Then it is not a few people talking...it is majority of thousands...tens of thousands being represented.

When I first became SM I poked about stuff like this...but there was nothing in play. Ideally...I want to see a system where people's priorities are heard and voted on. Voted on at state level and then voted on at republic (SM) level. Say we table 3 ideas. And every other state tables 3 ideas. Some of those match, some of those do not. We make a big list of them and present talk points...why it is a priority...how it is a benefit...and yes, how it might make $$$ sense for developers. Then we vote on that list of say 10 at that level...and the top few are presented as our republic's priorities. Those are what people want to see as focal points for development.

So, so far:
Clocks - align them all...seems straight forward...pick a time, any time and make them all correspond to that.

Achievements - rework some of them that seem out to lunch.

Two really solid starting points for discussion...and we of course want more more more :D

to start some chat on achievements, I will share something I put out there a bit back

You have to buy to get it to up, not just change it with something in inventory.

Going way back, when you bought some non-clothing things (may have been all non-clothing, I don't recall for certain, but I know hair and make-up) at the Beauty Parlor or hair dresser, it did not stay once you changed it to something else in a slot. So, if you changed your hair on an outfit, the hair was gone for later (not actual inventory), you did not retain it. if you had it in an outfit in another slot, it stayed there, but once you replaced it in a slot it could not be re-applied later without purchasing again. Then, some time a fair bit back, it was made so that when you bought something you kept it...which is nice. The problem was the prices were way too high to start out. it was probably 8 or 10 times what it is now...so spending 6500 on one hair style was the norm.

For some of us that have been around a while here we were obviously set back by this some....it took some time to tweek the pricing and such...but it got done. before that happened, it seemed that many, including myself, would get in the habit of setting up slots based on make-up and hair. so you would have all your slots with different looks in that area, and then dress around it. It was simply too expensive to do otherwise, and before that you didn't want to have to re-buy it later. Those two eras in the game are probably why you see lots many long-time players lacking those achievements when they have piles of other ones...habits from the old systems/eras of either it was not a permanent inventory item or it was very expensive.

For me, it has only been recently that I have started buying more of these...breaking my old habit. I have purchased hair and tattoos a couple days ago, and those achievements did indeed go up. I just purchased make-up and that did indeed go up. No, simply swapping it out with something from inventory will not increase your achievement...you need to buy something. it is old wording from the original system, and it should probably be updated. There are a few achievements that need updated wording actually.

SHAKER: go X times to a party
...this should be have FUN at the night club, or the night club should read to party instead of "Have Fun"

HIPSTER: make yourself X tattoos
...should probably say 'purchase X tattoos'

FUNKY: change hairstyle X times
...should probably say 'purchase X hairstyles at the hair dresser' if fringes and tufts count towards the achievement (pretty sure they do) then the wording should be changed to make that clear as well

DIVA: change make-up X times
...should simply say "purchase make-up X times" Perhaps better would be something like "Purchase X beauty/cosmetics products from beauty-parlour" seeing as there are 6 sub-sets in there now, each of which count towards the achievement.

I guess you could say at one point when you got your hair done it was actually like going to the salon...once you changed a slot to some other hair look, the old one was gone. Make-up was the same.

hope that helps and also provides some history on why it is all worded a bit confusingly (it made sense at one time with how it is worded now). Hopefully, some new wording will be used to clear it all up.

I think this is but a small snippet of a grander issue....but hoping it can help get some discussion going

Don’t worry about the lack of input - Sophia is here now ;-)

Can we suggest some new mini games? The two we have are... fine, i suppose. They feel like a good start that was supposed to be built upon but no one has got around to it. There are two, but technically just one, because of course it’s the same game with different images. Perhaps a timed spot the difference, a “rearrange th jumbled tiles to make a picture” style game and so on. Basically simple things to develop that would just add a little something to the experience. I have 10 hours or so to wait until I can play again, and I’m just not bothered. I do want those points though so I know I’m going to.

Also, I don’t know if this is just me, but I’m making two posts simply because I cant leave long forum messages. This is because the text window doesnt scroll down so eventually I’m typing things I can’t see. It’s just a little tweak but if they can fix that it would be a little change making a big difference.
