As a thank you for re-electing me for a second term as State Minister, I figured I’d do something a little special. For our first contest this term, instead of a traditional fashion contest, we’ll be switching it up and doing a raffle!
This is an all state raffle, meaning everyone is welcome to throw their hat in the ring for no cost at all. In order to enter, you must be at least level 16. If you aren’t level 16 but you’d like to participate, don’t fret! Entries will be open for a week, meaning you’ll have more than enough time to build some XP and level up to enter.

"What is an art raffle? How does this work?"
✧ An art raffle is a random chance lottery that eligible users may enter into for a chance to win a free prize. In this case, the prize is a full body, fully lined, and fully colored piece of any outfit of their choosing available on their ximbo's page.
"How do I enter?"
✧ Entries will be done through putting your name in this thread. Simply indicate that you’d like to be entered into the raffle and you’re done! Please do not comment multiple times, only one entry per person will be counted. If you're comment shy, though, feel free to send me a DM indicating you'd like to be placed in the raffle. Please title the DM along the lines of "art raffle" or related to the topic so I know what your message is for!
"How many winners will there be? How will winners be decided?"
✧ This raffle will have three winners! All valid entries will be placed into a pool and three names will be randomly chosen, most likely through an online generator. Once the names have been chosen, I’ll post them here in the thread. Each winner will have 24 - 48 hours to respond before I move onto another winner. This is to ensure that the pieces can be completed in a timely manner and a win doesn’t go to someone who never logged back on to claim it.
"How long will the raffle last?"
✧ The raffle will open when this thread is posted and go for exactly one week, meaning entries will need to be posted before 23:59 XL time on September 30th.
"Can I enter on my alt(s)?"
✧ Yes, but the win will only count for the account chosen! So, for example, if you enter on your main and an alt, but your alt wins, you may not request a piece for your main. This is to prevent rigging and someone using potentially 5+ alts to get an unfair advantage above other users.
"I'm not level 16, but I still want to enter!"
✧ Fret not! Entries will be open for a whole week, meaning you’ve got time to grind a little and get up to that level threshold. Here are some helpful threads to build stats: reactions thread, debates thread, reputation thread, etc. Check out the pinned threads in the immigration office for more tips on leveling up and make sure to check pre-existing threads for an answer FIRST before you begin a new thread! Additionally, if you're really struggling, feel free to comment in this thread asking your fellow ximbos to help you out (reactions are the unsung hero of XP!)
