How much better would America's college students be if they ate fruits and vegetables instead...i will say my uni has a really neat on-campus food bank where we grow our own veggies and any student who needs something can take something. we extend it to the community as well, and i can imagine that on top of tuition and book prices (had to shell out 120+ for a single class's program this semester) that it's just hard to find cheap alternatives, especially if you live in a food desert. not to mention the job market is absolute shite at the moment
