Is it normal to have such a crappy win-loss ratio? I'm losing more than half of all of my outfit fights and it's disheartening, especially considering I was pretty happy with my outfits before I figured out how to list them for fights.

Your win ration is 47.6% which is not that bad. I have seen much worse. I have a win ration around 55% but it was much lower when I didn't have as many items as I do now. Your style might not appeal to the majority of bimbo's or maybe you lost fights against bimbo's who just have better outfits than you.
I wouldn't feel to bad if I was you. Your win ratio is a bit below average but I am sure you will raise it, as your outfits keep improving.
Oh and you call the fights fashion contests in the poll. Which is confusing as they are 2 different things. :)

Ah crap you're right, I did. Sorry, haven't been feeling well today.
It's not so much that it's the worst, just that it's taken a steep decline in the last week or so, and I thought my outfits were improving. It just makes me want to hang up my hat and stop trying because it seems like the more free I am to do what I want with an outfit, the more poorly received it is.

No problem, I know how you feel. It is discouraging when you loose a good number of fights in a row. But I can't understand how some people vote anyway. I have won against people who clearly had way better outfits than mine with 5-0 and a week later they win with 5-3. Sometimes I have weeks that I rarely loose a fight sometimes I loose 18 in a row. And that does feel shitty sometimes. Just don't let it discourage you :)

I think the challenger usually has a bit of a higher chance to win to begin with due to the fact they invested tokens and stuff. In any case, as hard as it is don't take the fights or debates too seriously. You'll just end up in a bad place and worryin' whether one person or another is votin' against you 'cuz they dislike you or if it's random or whatever. I've literally had one fight repeated twice in 1 hour with like a different result and partially the same voters.
Also, you don't need to remove the outfit categories to not partake in fights :) You can leave the categories on and just click the padlock icon in your toolbar and tick off fights there.

Don't worry about the ratio. As I see it, you just get challenged a lot to fights. I can't speak for everyone, but I challenged your fantasy outfit to a fight, because I thought it looked pretty cool. And as Alexstrasza said, the challenger usually gets more votes.

I get how you feel Sneo, I thought the same thing at one point. I agree with Alexstraza about there being a certain amount of bias, some bimbos have a lot of friends and they always vote for them.
I stopped caring about fights and focused on other things I like about bimboland instead. Don't feel bad, at the end of the day it is just a game. Cheers mate :3
I definitely do not pay attention to the results of any fights I have. It can get discouraging if you absolutely love your look and see it lose in the contests but just try not to take it personally. I vote randomly when it comes to debates but on the outfit fights I vote for the outfit I like the most. I don't look at names at all. When I am challenging I typically will challenge only people that have current existing fights going on, rarely I will challenge a particular person because I know they are after their fight gold badge.

Don’t take it to hard, hopefully you’re keeping in mind it’s just for fun. Sometimes I vote for whoever has the least amount of votes, just so no one loses with zero votes. Sometimes I just want to vote with my gut! As a himbo, I find it hard to win fights, because there just aren’t as many outfit options!!
I've only won 288 of my 1051 fights. And I get it, clearly I'm just TOO stylish. It's a curse.
I visited the patriarchy and all I got was this externalised sense of self worth. And an uncomfortable tshirt.
