I am a brunette and I have brown eyes. My hair is shoulder
length and I have side-swept bangs. This is how I usually look when I’m out during
the summer. I prefer being comfortable and that’s why I usually go out like
this. However when I’m in the mood I also wear dresses. I also really like
jewelry especially bracelets.
And this is how I dress during the winter. I’m very sensitive to the cold and that’s why I wear a lot of layers.
Well, this outfit is close to the mark. I suppose that's why I put it together in the first place. It's sort of a client meeting outfit for me. I have a sleeveless, knit dress that is approximately this shade of blue. Mine goes just below the knee and doesn't have the vertical detail. I almost always wear it with a wide, black, elastic belt and a colorful scarf. I don't typically wear nylons with it, and I don't even own black, platform boots. Usually I just go with some simple, 2-3-inch taupe or black pumps. My hair is fairly straight and a little past my shoulders, but the color has devolved over the decades from a pleasant straw blonde to the kind of dirty, dusty blonde that doesn't really look blonde unless I’m in bright sunlight. Otherwise, it just looks like neither-here-nor-there light brown. *bleah* I mostly keep it colored a dark honey blonde with light and dark highlights. That seems to require the least amount of touch-ups. My hair is always up with this outfit, though not as pretty and dramatic as my bimbo. Generally, it would be in a hastily assembled bun. Or, if I’m really running late, a pony-tail as I’m getting out of the car because my hair was still damp while driving to the meeting. The earrings would be less flashy, and the bracelet would be a wide-ish, flat, beaded, arts-and-crafts style.
I guess the more accurate version would look something like this. My belt has gold detail instead of silver, but the shops didn't have that option. Also, I couldn't find any more accurate hairstyle, so I just left it as is. If anyone knows of a darker blonde bun or short ponytail, please point me to it.
On a related note-- Am I missing something, or is there an almost total lack of perky, off-the-shoulder ponytail hairstyles in Bimboland? Seriously, how's a girl supposed to do a proper cheerleader outfit for the cosplay category without a short, bouncy, blonde ponytail?
