call me bitter and petty and mean i don't care. I'm so sick of hearing people talk about how much money they got from unemployment/stimulus checks when i got nothing whatsoever and I'm forced to work two jobs during a pandemic just to pay my rent and have lost the will to live. We both got suckered out of ours because both my husband and myself are claimed as dependents on my parents taxes, and being claimed as a dependent on anyone's taxes apparently renders you ineligible.
I've also heard that folks were having so much trouble getting theirs that they actually developed stimulus tracking apps to figure out where they were at any given time, and when they were set to arrive...

Mom tested positive for covid and we've all been in isolation for 2 weeks. Thankfully the symptoms were very mild for her and nobody else caught it. Tomorrow is my last day and I can't wait to be able to leave my room and house and go outside for a walk!
