Jamie Fae, I delete your comment. Look, China already suffers a lot. Several people in this country died and many people can't even bury their loved ones because of this cursed virus. This kind of conspiracy theory could be incredibly hurtful for everyone who lives in China or has family there and we can discuss that more deeply via DM, but please, don't bring such defamatory speak on the forums, especially because there's literally no evidence about that and could be harmful. Also, I would like to recommend some truly informative fonts, like the ones that railophone mentioned back there: CDC, WHO, and the Pew Research Center. As she said, Learn to fact check your information in order to avoid racist and xenophobic behavior since there's people getting bashed and attacked on the streets for being chinese.

I looked my termination letter this AM. It says my "temporary" lay off may be extended or shortened. It says if I were to be needed prior to July, my boss would call me. But, it does not say how I will be notified if my layoff is extended. Nor does it have the contact info for HR or whomever I should contact with questions.
So, I guess I just assume that I am still unemployed since my direct supervisor is not expecting me back....but that still leaves me anxious and with many questions, like, "How much longer are they paying for my health insurance?"
