I was a rebel without a clue too at your age. Possible I may have said the same thing to when I was 16 and didn't want to wake up to go to church when my parent's forced me too, after a night of hard drinking after snicking out of my bedroom window to join 3 teen boy's, to go drinking and driving.
I was much worse than you, in my YOUTH.
I even ran a pirate radio station in the 1980's, devoted to nothing but angering truck-driver's, with programmed shows.
I became so popular Truck Drivers would detour to the city I was broadcasting from, just to get a taste of ' Ma- Buckmen', and her radio show. They loved hearing a sexy woman's voice insult them, and because it was on Citizens Band radio, they could reply in real-time.
It was all kicks and giggles, for a while. Then I went to college and had babies,a job, and bill's to pay.
That's when you really grow up to be able to communicate, effectively.

I do all of those things that you've listed. Pray tell, which marker of adulthood am I missing, if I've already done all of that? It's almost like maturity isn't a checklist and instead something to be grown, hmmm.
