As someone who's been using the site for a few years: It is deeply fascinating how fast these particular people manage to spiral down in every single thread, because they cannot stop themselves from making this website, it's volunteers, and it's users, look like embarrassments. Personally, I'm hoping the next PB manages to find FP that don't attack its userbase for existing in ways they don't agree with... Sorry they had to step down, but this thread alone reads like proof that a group of 10-year-olds could run this site more maturely and efficiently.
However, I don't hold out much hope. It's pretty obvious by now that things will continue exactly as they have been, and these users will continue to be allowed to turn disagreements about the site into transphobic rants the moment they realize someone in the thread is trans. It's sad, because I really do enjoy playing on this site, and I wish my enjoyment wasn't tarnished by reactionaries.

The fact that you think the discourse on this site boils solely down to transphobia severely is a state of hyperbole I’d think it impossible to write with a straight face. I’ll give you a cold, hard dose of reality: nobody cares about whether you are trans or not. Not a single soul. Your identity, your being, they are entirely insignificant to strangers online and, of course, in real life.
