Wow, thanks for the 3rd place in the unofficial poll.
I agree with you ladies, something is definitely still wrong with the official voting system and I was too expecting for different results. Also I would have loved to vote for VirgoKittens outfit but didnt see it even once. Plus Im disappointed that I think I saw myself only once in screenshots.
Secondly, this months theme ended up as...rather messy. The outfits were so different from each others and also I got a feeling that so many didnt really make an effort to create something new but instead we saw plenty of old fantasy or cosplay outfits that we have seen for months in fights. I mean, sure its allright to use older outfit if it fits the theme but I didnt end up giving votes for something that I have been looking at for months already. Instead I got excited about totally new outfits that I have never seen before. Also I saw too many casual looks which had nothing to do with the theme.

Probably naming the theme "Fairy Tales characters' would make it easier. My mistake. But still I have no idea what some of the first 5 outfits have in common with fairy tales.

In the official poll I am 60th place (vs. 5th in the official) and I believe that to be the biggest difference in placements this time. I do not have an explanation for that. I saw my picture just pop up once in this thread (and never on my own voting list) but I'm not sure if this is really the reason for it.

I believe that some players might vote not for the strongest competitors in order to push their chances in winning in the official poll. You understand what I mean? Just to clarify: Yes, troll and ogres are fairytale themed. In the Scandinavian fairytales, there are a lot of trolls, and ogres are for instance represented in the very well known fairytale Jack and the Beanstalk (ogres, or female ogress, originally equals giants, and they're mostly known for eating humans).
Elsa is not a fairytale character, she is a Disney princess. Frozen is very loosely based on the fairytale The Snow Queen (which btw has a troll in it), but in the original fairytale the Snow Queen is an evil queen that must be defeated, and she is not named Elsa.

I don't mind Disney princesses or characters if they were based on fairy tales. Alice in Wonderland and Peter Pan aren't necessarily fairy tales, they're more recent books. So idk, some are I guess debatable, but I saw a few others that just definitely weren't based on fairy tales! Than others, I was not sure if they were tbh - I couldn't see a connection to a fairy tale, or anything else, but in those cases I'm not sure if they're from something that I don't know? But there weren't strict guidelines... I did think it's a shame to be so wide wth the theme because if there was a Disney competition in future..?
But no I didn't see like any of these outfits to be able to vote for them.
