Brewing portions is Wilhelmina’s specialty. She especially enjoys transformation spells. She’s not an evil witch, you see, but her frustration shows and mere mortals tremble in her presence. Wilhelmina detests the cruelty she sees around her, so she uses her magic to transform the world into a better, kinder, and cuter place. “Too many jerks,” she mutters to herself. “I will fix that.”
She tosses the final ingredient into the pot and begins stirring her bubbling brew. The spiderwebs and rat whiskers always float to the surface and spin wildly around the kettle as Wilhelmina mixes, before finally dissolving. The heavier, more sinister, ingredients tumble below the surface releasing their essences. The solution’s stench is dreadfully vile, like 1000 rotting corpses. At the precise moment the witch begins her incantation.

Yes a Ximbo can hold the position of Prime Ximbo for 6 terms max.
