i hate my body. i feel like i'm built the same as a fucking baby, because most of my weight goes to my tummy and face. i want to fix it but i have so little energy and sweating makes my autistic ass go into hyperdrive. wish there was a skinny pill frfr (i'm not gonna get any weight loss surgery)

so stressed about school, i barely even go anymore, im trying to pursue cooking and hospitality but im scared im not as good as i think i am
Everything is finally coming to an end and I'll be free but it doesn't feel any good. Like I know where I want to go and what I want to do now and that I'll be with someone who makes me technically happy, but it just feels so... bland? I'm starting a new life, but nothing seems exciting anymore. It's something I've always wanted, to finally live on my own and all, but I can't be happy for some reason. I don't know why.

Soo... I've thought for a while that I might have maybe adhd or autism or something. Whatever it is, it's something that effects my life and that I want an answer for lol. Half a year ago I started going to therapy and... wow was that a horrible choice. I've had therapists tell me so much horrible shit, for the first few months I was crying myself to sleep almost every night. I'm trying to get a psychologist now, since they might actually be able to diagnose me, plus them being more "higher up" in the medical ladder means they MIGHT be better trained to not be an asshole. But I keep finding myself genuinely freaking tf out over it, thinking they're just going to do the same shit my old therapists did. Genuinely wish I had never gotten therapy in the first place. ((As for what was actually said, it's generally summed up by them refusing to listen to me and just inserting whatever they wanted to treat as an issue that I had. Combined with a lot of "oh your issues aren't even that bad. On that note, those issues sound really bad, which is why I'm diagnosing you with something you share 0 symptoms with, but is more 'normal'!"
