Today was the one year mark of my dad’s passing- it was pretty tough but I got through it.. tomorrow will be a better day..
i'm feeling very hopeless lately. my boyfriend went through a very shitty situation in august last year where he was kicked out of his home by his family, he quite literally only managed to bring to my place whatever he could fit in a bag. it's a very long story, but he's been doing better now.
the thing that has been worrying me all these months is that he couldn't bring his cat with him... it breaks my heart in so many ways. i know he's hurting, and we both miss her so much. we looked for her but the only sign of her was one of my friends who lives nearby who thinks he saw her fighting with another cat one night. i can't sleep at night thinking if she's safe, if she can find food anywhere, if maybe someone found her and brought her to a new home. when it rains i'm pretty much inconsolable. he's been having dreams about finding her dead and he doesn't really believe in spiritual stuff, but he tells me these dreams are a way to confirm the worst. i miss her so much and we both feel so guilty, she had no idea what was happening or why my boyfriend had to leave her. i fear she forgot what her name sounded like, if she's even alive.

I found out my ex is dating this girl and I feel broken again, was in an out of the psych ward and I ran away from my residential which ended me back home with my mom. i miss hi m so much i'm crying while writing this. I got hella high on friday and my step dad and I are arguing and he might leave the house. I don't want to lose my step dad again, but our relationship is seriously bad right now. all we did yesterday was argue. I haven't even talked to him today. i'm just a broken the little thing. i need this art thing to go off and just let me win, let me feel something. oh yeah...i lost my phone on the subway so now I'm phone less....i just...need to smoke weed and forget how fucked I am. boo fucking hoo.
i miss my ex. a lot. i broke up with him because he took advantage of me, it’s been 8 months. but i still feel guilty for every date i go on. i meet a nice girl and it’s fine for a while, but i’m filled with guilt as soon as soon as i’m back in my bedroom and just cry. any time i see him i have so much joy, but when he leaves i feel broken all over again. womp womp i suppose. we dated for two years, i just don’t know how to live properly without him to comfort me during thunderstorms or go trespassing in the woods with me

fine. could be worse, could be better.
we had to put my almost 18 year old cat to sleep this morning and it just broke me. his little heart couldn't beat properly anymore and we had no idea he was sick until two days ago. i really thought he was going to make it to 18 because he was so happy and energetic and bright-eyed and lively and spritely. he was such a special boy. he only came into my life in august last year when i moved into a new sharehouse but they weren't taking proper care of him at all so he immediately became my baby. my heart hurts and i know i haven't even felt the full force of grief yet and i'm dreading it. i loved him so much.
