If You could time travel what century would you travel back to?
I'd like to go back to the last century to the 80s,so I could say.."like omg! fer sure!! like totally" hehe!

LOL ^ post was totally out of my High-school years. Not sure you would like the hair styles, I didn't, so I let my hair grow long and it tries to be straight but always gets really unruly and gets in my face no matter the amount of hairspray.. OMG, YES, I still have the same hair style from the 1980's. I guess I could also look into my music box and find some songs I still LOVE. I still even have real round and flat recording disks, called records. I will put them on from time to time. I was one seriously disturbed teenager in the 1980's. Depeche mode and pot smoldering in a pop-can turned pipe. I was such a dark and Gothic chik back then. It is so awful to look back upon your past, while sitting in the future with fine linens and china in the cupbords
The thing is, what has happened in the next 30 years. I don't think I would dare change a single thing even if I had a time capsule to explore my own time-line. Lots of tears there, but change my past? That gave me shivers just thinking about it because what would my life be like if I wasn't sexually and physically abused as a child? It all caused me to run stupidly into the life I now have. Time is a totally fascinating subject for me. It leads to alternate dimensions. What IF?
I personally would like to visit the Victorian Age. Or course I would also have to be wealthy, or it just wouldn't very fun to be a woman. In fact I can't think of a time in the past where I would like to be a common woman that could never own property. The present is so far as good as it gets, in my opinion.
I've been on a DR. Who binge on Netflix, as of late, so time travel has been on my mind. A TV show full of paradox.
I would love to go back in time, but a woman like me would have to be completely invisible. I wouldn't even be able to walk correctly to fit in with the times. Certainly could never utter a single word ether. A Victorian age woman would never dare know how to fly airplanes, much less, how to build them. What could a time traveler do, if even speaking may disrupt the flow of time. That is just a single example of why time travel would be difficult for the traveler.
So removing all the laws of Physics, I'm going to stick with the Victorian age. I would pay right now, to be bustled up in one of those fancy gowns.
For a day and a giggle. Dress-makers are the true hero's of the day. Those gowns I have seen in museums and private collections are totally stunning, and I really want to try one on for real, just to walk to the nearest cafe.___ but I want to be home before I need to pee. It might take some time to to figure out how to lift all those layers of fabric. OK, How exactly do you go pee wearing a dress like that? Curious minds want to know. I just slip up a skirt and that just feels so simple now. I also want to dare to try the bidet in a French manor house of the same era. Sounds scary huh :P I've seen them in some of my suites, but they really scare the hell out of me and I try not to look at them. Call it a 'conquer your FEAR' moment for me.

Personally id love to go forward in time more than going back in time - Nobody knows what's gonna come next and that's something that amazes me! But if I could go back in time id go to the Spartan days, I think the Spartans were amazinggg!

I'd love to go back to the 1920's and be a flapper. I love the idea of living when thing were so exciting, I think it was really the beginning of popular culture and the modern age. The jazz music and dancing, women were driving cars and thinking for themselves. The world was full of so much potential. I think because of what women did in the 20's they really got things going for us.

I'd really love to go back to the Georgian era, in the early 1800's, so I could be there for the battle of Trafalgar, the abolition of the slave trade, formation of the UK, witnessing the start of the industrial revolution and the Luddite protests. Plus all of the fashion. It was just such an amazing period of history where so much happened.
I'd love to go back to the 90's the songs back then was about real love and i love there fashion since todays generation is crazy to me
I would love to take the ultimate adventure and try to follow the Biblical dates and event's. Of course, Dr. Who's Call Box sure would come in handy for a trip like that. There just might be absolutely nothing to see, and We might want to return to the present, but when was that again?
