A great point, I definitely agree. As I said previously, I think a name change will not particularly achieve what it is aiming for (gaining investors). I think it would be more effective to focus on improving the quality of the site itself and appealing to investors with aligned interests. An attempt to rebrand will change what makes Bimboland unique and inviting to its userbase, and I personally see it as a cop-out to avoid fixing the many existing issues with the site that are affecting user retention. Companies will not want to invest in a website with as many flaws as Bimboland currently has.Gambling, porn and other vice sites get advertising revenue, these sites are completely unPC. Perhaps, BL needs to solicit from an appropriate demographic of companies that are suitable partners?

If you want to attract investors then there is nothing wrong with Bimboland. Maybe you better focus on making the site less sexual. And if the owner would treat us like his customers instead of his harem then maybe, maybe more investors would be interested :)

If it was me to make a decision, I personally wouldn't change the name since it's it's differential and aims to a more adult demographic -- which could have proper investors. Would be nice to have more accurate data (the senator bots are there just to make it look we have more people paying for this?) and over all more transparency; also, this site is so dated and honestly ugly that I don't think any serious investor would try it.

Personally I think Bimboland has the right name, but if you insist on a name you think is more marketable, you might go for the fact that most of us try to look as fabulous as possible and rename this place Fabulosia. Or, you know, just keep the Bimboland monicker.

I agree that the name shouldn't be changed but it's not really something I'm willing to argue about - I get why it's happening and I don't care enough to fight it. I think this is a trashy game and it deserves a trashy name but whatever. Those asking for content-appropriate investors may want to be careful what they wish for though. I'm not looking to play a game with gross spammy porn banners plastered everywhere.
