It seems from this evidence that there has been a bit of a war between two sides going on for a while, and while I'm not privy to it I'm sure there are people who are less than innocent on both sides. It does suck to see one side have the power to present evidence while the other side is rendered silent. Personally I would like to see some sort of defense, even if it might be baseless.
According to the Rules of the Bimboland lawsuit and Court:
4. Accused person/group should write the statement to defend herself within 72 hours after the indictment has been presented in Bimboland Court.Is this an option in this case? Certainly the whole gang can't be reinstated to give individual statements but perhaps one member could be given limited permissions to present what defense they might have. Although from the screenshots it seems like they may not even want to put up a defense, but it only seems right to me to give them the option.
