As an addendum I want to note that Chris's stuff is entirely public for everyone to see, it's not stalking if his information is publicly available, whether it's right or not to make fun of him is irrelevant when it comes to punishing users onsite because this behavior took place offsite
This entire case feels like the staff is just lashing out at these users because they did not like what they were saying in their own private spaces and thus decided to make a wall of shame for them, you could have very easily decided these people's punishments WITHOUT making a court case and exposing screenshots from a private Discord server
I will not say whether or not they deserve to come back on alt accounts until I have seen more onsite evidence that they were actually breaking the rules rather than just talking about it

There were 'on-site' proofs of them breaking rules and some are still there. But maybe you were too busy with being professional to bother to find more about it.

We have proofs of them breaking rules and screenshots of removed posts. These things were discussed with offenders ofc, as usual and in accordance to the rules, so sharing it just to feed your thirst and for sake of your own entertainment would be unprofessional too.

I don't wish to get into an argument with anyone but I will just say my bit of a piece. It shouldn't matter whether they were talking about it on Discord or BL about this. The fact of the matter is that they were discussing making alts and "joking" about getting votes for their friend to be PB.
Which should never be the case because a PB is there for the good of the site and if you are earning your votes by friends messaging others to give you their votes, how is that fair? A PB is not just some title here, it's a real commitment where you earn actual money. This is not a matter of whether they were joking or dreaming big, clearly, they had plans and those plans would not be for the good of BL.
I've been here ever since the old Miss Bimbo and I've been here when it went through all the changes, I love this site and I don't wish to see people who are so toxic to run it. Who knows what will happen then. I could not reply to a message from them and I'd find myself banned? I'd post an ugly bimbo in a contest and I'd get put in jail for not looking pretty enough? No thanks. Again, whether they discussed this on discord or BL shouldn't matter, at the end of the day, they are talking about pretty much sabotaging the votes and creating alts and ruining peoples reputations.

From the evidence presented they have already been found undeniably guilty and the information can be, and has been, verified by any trustworthy PH member. If you were paying attention to notice their multiple infringements of the rules on-site, you would have noticed that they spent weeks in jail. Yet why present that here when they have already been punished for all of those already? This current trial is to decide whether they should be allowed to keep their alts based on the evidence presented. If you think the evidence is insufficient, or the PH are mirroring the unprofessional you have exhibited countless times in the past apparently, you are free to abstain from voting! Take care.
