I think everyone is able to dress cool but trans men are more visible this way because they do pay a bit more attention to their look, especially at the beggining of their transition because they want to limit misgendering (so they will automatically work on their look), while cis men are more willing to dress with the first piece of clothing they grab bc they know they won't be misgendered at all so they just don't care... IDK actually.
(sorry for the bad English, I'm French and tired as Hell)

honestly as a guy, i feel like navigating men's fashion in the modern is abhorrent!! if you're not content with tracksuits, muscle tees and skinny jeans you're basically fuckedddd for everyday wear especially around where i live, and with any sense of uniqueness or individuality in clothing design being washed out and labelled with things like 'aesthetic' or '-core' it just homogenizes everything till there's nothin fun left, in my opinion <///3

while it definitely makes me stick out like a sore thumb, i've personally stopped following the majority of modern casual men's fashion and started just doin my own thing, slowwwly developin a wardrobe based off what i think is fun :) if we could all just put our shackles down and wear what we each individually think is cool &  interesting & sexy, tha world would be a much more interesting place i think!!! x))

I feel like there's much less variety in men's fashion simply because there's just... Fewer types of clothes available. Men don't exactly get a wide variety of necklines and sleeves and pant types and they're mostly barred (by normal societal expectations for male fashion at least) from wearing skirts, dresses, heels and more feminine clothes. They simply have less access to cool stuff and I wish clothing could really be gender neutral so that anyone could drip as they wanted.

As a “basic guy” who dresses in what could be described as 2011 business casual, I think my signature piece would be my turtleneck. It’s my favourite basic I like to put on my outfit & I have it in a lot of different colours, though I look better in warm tones (I have neutral undertones so it could really go either way but it just flatters me more because I have dark(?) hair). I tend to wear mauves, oranges & browns. I like to wear a necklace over the turtleneck and it pops out and highlights my chest area, I like tight fitting clothes and it really shows off my figure which I like. Baggy clothes look very suffocating on me, (yes I like skinny jeans, they look good on me especially since I have extremely long legs. no idc if it goes against the whole y2k thing that’s happening now). I like to put on a nice pair of docs as well. In warmer weather I tend to put on a nice shirt & cardigan, though I like to experiment a lot as well.

i just cant dress as a man comfortably. even tho im a female i do like mens fashion and ocasionally shop for mens accessories (colors are nice and socks have more longevity; jewelry is also nice)
most men i know are normies but some did diy in the past; but current cheap stores offer a variety of clothes that are just not up my (our?) alley
overall i find mens fashion very limited (i mostly refer to shopping malls and bigger grocery chains such as lidl, tesco or auchan); thrift stores in my area charge crazy $$$ and in most cases the clothes are not in the best condition (i also had issues with itching and lice after shopping second hand). online sucks ass (customs and shipping taxes are insane!)

Most guys I know don’t really wear anything different, usually sweatshirts, sweatpants, jeans, etc. nothing wrong with that, just nothing out of the blue lol
However I’ve seen guys with great creative style, seeing men’s outfits on Pinterest and how they style different aesthetics is cool!

actually, all guys should dress up as dads. polo shirt tucked into jorts with long ass socks, compliment with a lawn mower :,,)
