seeing people go to thrift stores and purchase interesting or cool items only to proceed to sell them on depop at a significantly higher price point makes my blood boil. if you sell style bundles i kind of hate you tbh

Used to find so many bands t-shirts that you can't find anywhere anymore, they just buy it really fast and sell it overprice like H&M or other fast fashion shops do.

With wealth comes the possibility to Choose ethical options. Without ressources, thrifting is the default. Behaving ethically isn't only about personnal behaviours, but thinking as a whole, what action can I take so that the WHOLE can benefit AND act ethical.
Also, saying "gatekeep the rich away" is both a joke, and a statement that excludes way less people than one probably assumes I'm excluding. I'm def not saying any1 with a stable income should stay away, but specifically those wealthy enough to be able to get other ethical options, especially if they want to brag about their irreproachable ethical approach to fashion.

the word gringa isn't necessarily offensive, niche used it in a derogatory way and i can understand why that wouldnt be allowed here, but i wanna point out it isn't always derogatory and there's nuance to it so if you hear it dont always assume someone is saying something bad or rude
