Slept for 5 hours and woke up now, at 6AM. If my past screenings for insomnia are to go by (I've had it since I was 10), everything is fine, it's just my brain hassling as usual. But I'll check if I can do something even with quarantine rolling.

I think it depends. Not every neurologist can provide a sleep study. When I was working in a hospital, our neurologist couldn't perform a sleep study. In my city, I think there are only 2 hospitals that have the facilities for a sleep study. But, if you already have a neurologist, they may at least be able to refer you to a facility that offers it.Now that you mention neurology, it's been a long time since I've been back to mine. I'd been meaning to get a sleep study done in order to get some further details about my parasomnia issues, and I think(?) neuro's are the ones I'd be seeing for that so idk????
