I need a new netflix show to binge on...
My high ass ordered 45 dollars worth of popeyes and ate every crumb smfh I’m gaining so much weight because I can’t stop eating cause I can’t stop smoking and I tried to just stock my house up with healthy shit but damn I don’t want no fucking veggie straws when I got the munchies but I feel so bad ab myself because my fat is going everywhere but this ass like what kind of shit but also some rappers and this producer viewed my story and that gassed me tf up not me about to become an ig groupie oop
I have obviously been using something that's bad for my hair/my scalp doesn't like because I've lost so much hair and I'm so sad. My hair used to be so thick and now its getting so thin. I have a feeling it's a combination of bad hair products and dying my hair. I'm just like, embarrassed. I used to have thick beautiful curly hair and now its flat and thin and lifeless. Brb while I go cry. If anyone has some curly hair suggestions I'll take all of them.
Edit: I also think I may have a vitamin D deficiency because I literally never go outside because of the pandemic. I think I'm gonna start forcing myself to have daily sun time.

Try rice water! Just make sure your hair can handle proteins treatments. Also try hot oil treatments before deep conditioning. I use Jamaican black castor oil, jojoba oil, coconut oil, olive oil, and sometimes a little honey.
I have 3c hair btw.

First I put light conditioner from ear level down and keep it for 2-3 minutes. Then, without rinsing, I wash the upper part and rinse with water (not hot). And then again from ear down i put stronger conditioner or mask and keep 5-10 minutes.

i just started only washin hair once a week or every week n a half depending on the time it takes it to get greasy n not usin store bought shampoos anymore (black soap much better n it last long af, u get a slab n then have to dilute it in buncho oils n shit n bam u got bottles of stuff for a lifetime)
hair doesnt repair itself tho (that's a myth to sell useless products that'll coat ur hair in stuff that'll make it look shiny n all but under all taht its still as dead) so if its rly broken the best way to fix it gon be to chop the broken part n take good care of the rest n what grows back
but ye the strategy is
-beware of what is in the products u buy if u cant make em urself, there's a lotta nasty shit in store bought products
-be gentle with ur hair, that include dyes, heat, brushing, towelling, even sun exposure, don't have to go paranoid n not do anything in fear of damage, but there are ways to preserve hair when exposing em to those mean things
-don't wash it too much, if u wash it a lot try to find a time where u can just let it go fockin nasty for a moment, so u can adjust it to new washing cycles that have more spaced out washes, its gon be disgusting for a moment as it still produces hella grease thinkin ur washin it often, but after a while itll go back to a nice cycle where u can leave it a week easely without it gettin oily
-give it time, if its rly broken itll take time for healthy hair to grow back in its stead so endure til then, unfortunately there's not much that can be done for that! hopefully u have fast growing hair!
