As I recall, it was a relatively minor surgery. They cut slits in his forehead and slid the silicone in between his skin and his skull bone.

That's not your fault. I took a business etiquette course in, oh, probably 2006 (eek! I'm so old). I had no work experience then, either, but I think I was allowed to put "babysitting" on my resume assignment. The instructor should realize that not everyone has work experience prior to attending university; I certainly didn't!
