That's not your fault. I took a business etiquette course in, oh, probably 2006 (eek! I'm so old). I had no work experience then, either, but I think I was allowed to put "babysitting" on my resume assignment. The instructor should realize that not everyone has work experience prior to attending university; I certainly didn't!

I actually played BIMBO land over my phone at work, makes a lot more sense to assign tasks in the morning to speed up progression.

It's my mom's birthday today, she would have been 65. I had a fraught relationship with her that healed somewhat in her last few years, but there were some unhealed things as well. She died 11 years ago and still feel complicated about our relationship, but I miss her.

I won 200 diamonds in the spin-the-wheel. I couldn't figure out whether or not to buy an extra slot for my artifacts or 4 extra slots for my closet (I had 100 diamonds at the time.)
I'm not sure why, but I impulsively spent them all on the wheel. All I got was superficiality and sex appeal. You know, the things you get from minigames? Yeah, those.
I'm unironically really frustrated with myself for doing that. I kinda want to punch the screen. Obviously I'm being hyperbolic here, I'm not actually going to punch the screen, but holy shit, the B in BPD is for Bimbo, and boy do I feel like one right now. I really wanted a new artifact slot.
TL;DR: Unironically ruined my own day by wasting viddy game money.

Customer came in with vitamins & the packing slip from her online order. She claimed she had been sent the wrong item. I said, "Let me check the UPC code." The packaging slip matched the item she'd received. "Let me pull up your online order to double check." The item she'd ordered matched the packing slip & the item.
So, I told her I could process it as a return.
But getting her money back wasn't enough for her. She said I was "being impossible" & that it was not her fault she'd ordered the wrong item. She claimed it was the company's fault. In addition to the refund of what she paid, which I gave her in full despite the vitamins being OPEN, she wanted a 20% off coupon because she claimed she had used one even though it was not marked on the packing slip nor the online lookup. (Not to mention, it's not like I can just create coupons on demand, nor do we have any in store.)
Also, be realistic with your requests.
