What annoys me the most is when children come to my office - 8/12 years old - and they talk about their teachers who use pedagogical methods from 50 years ago. They are not able to be objective towards the child, they have a negative attitude and show it openly, they can even humiliate the child in the classroom. Oh, it burns me to the limit!!!
The principal and vice principal at my high school were awful. Both super antagonistic and rude. Like they always escalated situations and made them worse. No respect to students and the vp was rude to the teachers too! Like why take this job if you hate children/teens?

Today (25 Nov) is the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women and it marks the start of the 16 Days of Activism against Gender-Based Violence campaign.
This campaign is in its 30th year this year and is supported by many organisations all around the world. This year the commitment to this cause has been increased from 16 days of activism to 365 days because, lets face it, 16 days out of a year just isn’t enough! Gender based and domestic violence are mainstream issues now but there is a huge amount of cultural inertia to overcome for there is to be significant improvement in outcomes of violence. Everyone in society is effected by this and we can all act.
What can we do? Be aware, talk, communicate, take care of ourselves and each other, defend our rights and humanity. Cultural change takes time but it takes effort.
this reminds me of my middle school. whenever there was a problem, they would bring the person's friends so they would rat them out. not only were they looking for problems out of no where, they would also be racist as fuck. sadly this happened to me and i dealt with them calling me racial slurs and homophobic slurs over something so small
