my meds are making me fatigued but helping my anxiety ugh
today was hard
i don't have the energy to cook anything, i take naps after work and wake up like maybe 3 or more hours later even though my intention was to sleep for max a hour. meds are working and helping too, but i'm still bit depressed. i'm also spending a lot of time alone nowadays. seeing friends rarely but seeing them hanging out together bumps me out a bit. i hate being lonely.
i'm also still recovering from my break-up too and i'm mentally exhausted. physically? could do almost anything lol
I have been diagnosed with bipolar disorder. I take regular therapy and am currently stable.

Horrible. I’m really about to off myself. I feel like I’m trapped in a body that isn’t mine, and nobody ever believes me when I tell them how I actually feel. They just say I’m an attention seeker. So I kinda, just stopped saying how I actually feel. I just say I’m fine. Ppl tell me I’m fat so I stopped eating, attention seeker. Say I’m ugly, I hide my face and body, attention seeker. Anything people criticize I either hide or fix, attention seeker. Those who actually believe me, just say I’m too triggering, when they trigger my ptsd everyday. Ig I’m just not allowed to have feeling, so I shut them out. I don’t cry anymore, all my smiles became plastic, my laughs are forced. I have nobody. I’m done with this life.
terrible! plus my doctor said that my chronic pains are caused by my depression but i know damn well it's the other way around.
