Oh my... That's such a horrible situation, stay strong, even if that's hard, even if you feel like you're not strong enough prove yourself wrong. It's okay to cry, it's okay to yell, it's okay to have a crisis, it's okay to stay in bed all day if needed, it's okay to lockdown for a while, etc,... That doesn't make you a weak person at all. If you want to talk, vent, etc... You're in the right place. And if you don't want to expose it to everyone but still need to talk to someone, you can DM me anytime. I've been dealing with acute chronic bipolar depression for almost a lifetime now so if you need any advice or support, don't hesitate.
The best I can say is life is unfair, you did not deserve what happened to you, no one deserves to be treated this way. But remember there is always some kind of justice in life (I don't believe in karma, but I know for sure that bad people attract other bad people as well as they always get the inevitable backlash of their abuse) and you surely want to see it happen, staying strong will always be worth it.

Ratfuck ban, one of my therapists used to say my feelings were valid.
It is completely valid to feel like life is hard.
It is understandable to be upset that someone is blackmailing & threatening you. That would definitely trigger my anxiety & make me feel unsafe. 

I hope it brings you some comfort to know that it is not wrong to feel the way you do.

I'm okay at the moment. It's just that I am worried that I might've gained weight since I got back from my vacation yesterday. To give an example on why I am worried, I ate over 2000 calories one day and then over 3000 the other day. I'm also on a weight loss journey so weight gain might affect my efforts over the past few months. TmT 

Edit: I did not gain much so I am kinda happy about that. <3

I struggle with emotion regulation/dysregulation. It's common for (negative) emotions to stay with me for a long time & it's hard for me to move on. 

I have been feeling frustrated & annoyed for the past 2 hours...
Last Thursday, my office printer gave me a low ink warning. The hospital's Materials department doesn't keep ink on hand. Instead, I was told I had to order it by calling a particular supply company, which I did. They told me they'd ship my ink & I'd have it on or before Tuesday, 8/8. Well, I still don't have it today. I've checked with the office across the hall in case it was delivered to the wrong office. I called the mail room twice this week to see if the package was sitting in the mailroom undelivered. So, today, I called the company who was supposed to send. They have the delivery tracking info & say that it was delivered last Friday, 8/4. They even had the name of the person who signed for it--the person in charge of the mailroom. 

So, I'm not sure where my ink is if the mailroom doesn't have it, it wasn't delivered to my office, & it wasn't delivered to the office across the hall. 

In the week since I ordered it, my printer has completely run out of ink & prints white/blank pages when I try to print. So, I've been printing in someone else's office.

 So, I'm feeling frustrated because I have done what I can to try to address the situation but I am still without printer ink. 

I feel like typical emotion regulation tips suggested by former therapists, group therapy, etc. don't really address the situation. Ex. exercise, journaling, holding ice cubes, meditation, etc. These things don't change my emotion because I am still frustrated by the situation. (I am not currently in therapy, but I have never found it helpful. Therapists either give blanket advice like, "Hold an ice cube to change your feelings" or "You must have thought distortions." There's no distortion when I saw that I don't have ink. That's a fact. There's no distortion that I called the mailroom & they claim to not have my package. That's a fact. etc.)

I have tried antidepressants in the past, including esketamine. But, again, they don't actually change anything. And, to be honest, I wouldn't want a drug to make me happy that my printer doesn't have ink & that it seems to have gone missing after being delivered to the hospital.

I am open to suggestions. What helps other people feel unstuck?

I have OCD and have been experiencing symptoms since I was 5 years old but I wasn't diagnosed with OCD until I was 19. Partly because I had a very stigmatized understanding of OCD and partly because all (except 2) of my compulsions are mental. I wish everyone would do research into OCD because it's a LOT more than just "I like things clean/organized/sanitary/in certain numbers." ~<3

Bipolar hitting hard rn. Early fall is harder this time than last year. Cried today bc of work and I still like my job! But I can’t take a day off since I was planning to take a few extra days off during winter. Oh well, maybe I’ll take one off during this week… if anyone has similar struggles - wish you luck sincerely, we’ll get through this together, we are stronger together
