Hello everyone!
Let me introduce to you all the monthly lottery!

The lottery is open from the 1st every month until the 24th. 
To enter the lottery you need to comment in the forum that you wish to enter!
This lottery is open for EVERYONE!
BUT citizens from Agnostica will get 3 lottery tickets upon entering, while citizens from other states will get 1.
Only one comment/enter is valid each month - if you comment in the forum that you wish to enter more than once on the same month that does not give you more lottery tickets.
Your entry is only valid the month you post it, the next month you will need to enter again by commenting in the forum!
If you wish to nominate someone else and give them your ticket you can do that by commenting in the forum that you wish to give your entry to "username". But if you do so, you have given away your lottery ticket and will not be able to participate in that months lottery yourself - unless someone else gives away their monthly entry to you.

The 25th every month I will randomly pick the winners and they will be announced and get their prizes before the next months lottery start - the 1st every month.
Every month I will have different prizes depending on what I can afford to give. The prizes for each month will be announced at the start of each monthly lottery.

September prizes - 
* 1 winner will get senatorship for 1 month
* 3 winners will get 500 diamonds each

You can enter the september lottery right away! Other months the lottery will open at the 1st.

A Ximbo minister is an elected or appointed official in the Ximboland government. These Ximbos are our leaders.

Who is the Prime Ximbo?
The Prime Ximbo is the democratically elected head of The Fashionable Republic of Ximboland.

The Prime Ximbo lives in the Pink House for the 3 month term they are in office.

I want to become a minister or Prime Ximbo. How do I do that?
Any Ximbo citizen can become Prime Ximbo using the democratic process. Its a 2 stage process from Senator>Prime Ximbo. All Ximbo xitizens can vote in general elections but in order to put themselves forward to become Prime Ximbo/a minister they must first become a Ximbo senator.

Can I become Prime Ximbo more than once?
Yes ­ a Ximbo can hold the position of Prime Ximbo for 6 terms max.

How often do elections take place?
The Fashionable Republic of Ximboland holds elections every 3 months for Prime Ximbo and every 3 months for State Ministers.

Where do important discussions take place?

What is the treasury/ministers/Prime Ximbos salary?
The treasury/salary is the bank account of The Fashionable Republic of Ximboland. This figure is transferred to the paypal account of the Prime Ximbo at the end of their 3 month term in charge.

How is the treasury calculated?
The treasury is funded by the Ximbo xenators.
A percentage (33%) of the money paid by Ximbo xenators via Paypal is transferred into the Ximbo treasury. The rest is used for further Ximboland development.
