Well, you're the one being very sensitive at the changing of a name of something in a game. Is changing Drag Queen to something more accurate censorship? No, because that is not actually what censorship means.
And there has been outrage over video games for quite a while, actually. Like, outrage over violence in video games is definitely a thing in the real world. I don't play video games though, I play this game, so obviously am more interested in this game.
If people are 'outraged' about anything in this thread, it's not over the 'suicide' word (oops I just read said the censored word... oh yeah, because it hasn't been censored) but at your callousness. If you can't feel any sympathy for people who've unfortunately dealt with suicide in their lives, then don't talk to them to be honest. None of this is an interesting and profound as you think it is. Feeling empathy for other people is much more profound.
Lbr, back to my first point, you are just oversensitive about people changing the name of something you chose. You expect people to empathize with your point of view yet cannot sympathize with people who deserve it more - more than someone who is very much taking a game too seriously, more than anyone else on this thread, or forum, or website probably. Therefore you are the hypocrite.
Take a look at yourself before posting any more insulting remarks about Kirana Vi, who has done nothing wrong and is not the one being over sensitive here. I might be oversensitive to this pure nonsense but honestly, I don't care if you think I am.

I, too, am really surprised to see this kind of reaction to this post. No one's talking about banning the word suicide. No one's talking about censoring speech... it's quite telling to see such defensiveness over it as well. No one asked you to be politically correct. Just a decent human being lol.
Some simply think there's a better term for a bimbo/himbo deleting his/her account... like maybe "deleted"? This isn't a whole massive change, we're not being PC police by asking one phrase be changed.
And sure there's no truly "safe space" on the internet, but there's no harm in being a little more sensitive to others' emotions and experiences. I certainly play this game as stress relief and find the site entertaining. I mean, why would anyone play an unpleasant game? Why would someone continue to support a site that meets fair criticism and suggestions with callousness and lack of empathy? There is literally no reason for this suggestion to be treated as so offensive...

This game was more difficult to create than I think most people really understand.
The founders, didn't make it for children to play, originally. Yes, the concept was originally an 18+ game when we started.
If we 'catered' to everyone's 'Trigger-words', it wouldn't exist at all.
For 'Fuck's' sake, Censorship start's with a single word. . Now, that is a word I HATE, but I cant exactly punch everyone in the face for saying It , as much as I would like too...... Think about it.......

One single sentence in a private message, to a pervert was all it took for me, to protect our entire community.
Those account's were marked, jokingly at first, as suicides. The 'nick-name' stuck.
Of course there is many other "social construct's", that managed to 'self-destruct' too.
Personal failure, to be an 'internet' Bimbo comes in many forms.

HLB for some who have had to live with Suicide in their own family or with one of their friends seeing this on a game maybe overwhelming or disturbing.So better terminology was suggested.Obviously we can assume that only the account was deleted and a real life suicide did not occur.
