This website has always been a nightmare on mobile but the new updated layout has made it a lot worse. I'm on android and the complete loss of the clock is a bit of a downgrade as the ximboland timeframe isn't an exact match for GMT - it's hard to suss out deadlines/competition closures etc. without the presence of the clock.
There are a few overlapping banners on mobile as well (voting for PXFC is buried under the prime ximbo banner for instance).
Apparently I have 1700 unread xeets. After being inactive for a year and returning, I don't really understand how the xitter feed works in terms of function and I have no idea how I dictate whose xeets I do and don't see. (Lads, if there's an all site feed, can somebody hit me up and tell me as such, I'm very perplexed by it). We could really use a "mark all as read" button to wipe those notifications.
I concur with the above user's recommendation for a dark mode. This new one is very intense on the eyes which can be a bit much when people come on here to unwind. It's also a shame that people's avatar's faces are being obscured by their state information in the little panels showing users. It would be nice if the state symbols were a little smaller?
Finally, I've been begging for this my entire time here but the create an outfit function is basically unuseable on mobile as the scroll button is impossible to click on in android. Rectifying this would be a huge QoL improvement for the site and would probably encourage more casual players to take part in the game.
Hoping this is taken as the constructive feedback you are seeking when you ask us to raise bugs with the new layout. It's hard to know if we're permitted to actually give honest feedback when a lot of people got jailed last week for doing just that. There's a chance there's a lot more user feedback which people are holding back on because they don't want the temp ban that may come with it. Some reassurance that feedback is genuinely wanted might help with this.
