Ok I'm sorry I obviously haven't read your posts very well to see you were talking about HDNW. Now that I think about it, I did see that opinion in debates about 2 years ago, when I started. She became inactive and never saw her in debates again and forgot. But as her name is already offensive I see no need to share this opinion of her here.

I shared it because Iulja said it may not be possible to remove them because of their name - I have no idea if that is true or not but then I had to mention that there is at least one other reason to report them as well. HLB debated her on 03.07.2019, and twice before that, so the opinion is still in debates. Anyway, I reported her name plus her opinion in case she can't be removed for her name. If it hasn't been reported before, and no one here has said it has, then it's extremely bizarre considering people have debated her, have commented on her page, have voted in these debates...? If she has been reported before and not removed... Or nobody has reported her because they didn't know how or didn't care this was offensive?

These are issues worth thinking about and looking into. And if my comment has to be removed then certainly that person should be? I'd delete it myself if she was swiftly removed. (I'd delete it anyway if she was removed but I'd guess it'd be removed much, much, much faster than it takes to get that person removed if it takes 2 years!)

Edit I deleted it anyway because I don't want people to be triggered if they have been abused and experience trauma from that but I'm afraid people may already have been if that has been in debates for such a long while.

Thank you, that is exactly the reason why I wanted that post removed. I was merely talking as Forum Guardian concerning that post. I totally agree with you that this person should be removed. Even if it was only for the name.

So you should deffinitely try to report it. I have no idea, if anybody has already tried it, but maybe the problem is, that nobody has?... Admins don't know all names of players, even the top ones. And they diffinitely don't read opinions in Debates. So it's very likely that they have no idea about it.

According to why none of players has reported it for such a long time... Well, I know why i have never done it as a player. But I can't speak for others's reasons.

I have reported it. If there are people who check forums, surely there should be people who check debates and other places where people can be offensive or break rules? Or it should be more obvious how to report? Unless someone has reported it before... But I don't know if there is a way to know that.

Oh dear. Quite a can of worms, offensive terms. I mean, this place is called Bimboland, and "bimbo" as and of itself is etymologically a derogatory slang term, so technically, we're on thin ice in a glass house right. And that's as long as you stick to English, mind. In Germany, Bimbo is commonly a synonym for the n-word. So, yeah. The term could practically serve as a textbook case of how easy construing offence can be in a globalized world!

As such, I'm going to argue that Bimboland has a duty to treat presumed-offensive names on a case-by-case basis. It's not like anyone using an offensive term with the intent to offend or just the intent to see what they can get away with will have a legitimately good explanation when pressed for it, but somebody actually coming from a different culture or having activist reasons probably will.
