How do you define "new users". Really, we are all "new" as the site hasn't been going that long and even the players that returned from the old site, not all of them were able to link their old accounts. I feel like if you are going to open the option of using shop items to make outfits, the only way to level the playing field is to make this option available to ALL contestants so that everyone has access to the same things. Otherwise, it should just be items you already own or purchase, which, is also a level playing field as we all have access to purchase BD and earn BD.  I don't know, I'm all for equality and a level playing field but... it needs to be fair. It shouldn't matter how long a person has been around if its using shop items, we should ALL get access to the same option and same wardrobe to create with :)  PS: as an "old" player, even if I was going to use shop items, I have no idea how to actually copy the image and post it in the forums lol ;)

I used to play the old MissBimbo but I don't know how to link my old account, that's so sad :( 
Is just like you said, the game is somehow "new" again, everyone is starting. But most of us can't afford the prices of shop and can't invest real money here.
Some bimbos are really really rich, buy this really expensive clothes and win all the contests.
I loved contests in old MissBimbo, but prices here end up making the contests for a elite. I believe thats not the intention. 
I suggest that as long as the prices as surreal, we all can use shop to make outfis.

A Ximbo senator is a senior member of The Fashionable Republic of Ximboland. Only xenators are eligible to put themselves forward for election to senior government roles. Ximbos also get 10 x votes in all elections so they really do shape Ximbolands future.

What is a Ximbo minister?
A Ximbo minister is an elected or appointed official in the Ximboland government. These Ximbos are our leaders.

Who is the Prime Ximbo?
The Prime Ximbo is the democratically elected head of The Fashionable Republic of Ximboland.

Where does the Prime Ximbo live?
The Prime Ximbo lives in the Pink House for the 3 month term they are in office.

I want to become a minister or Prime Ximbo. How do I do that?
Any Ximbo citizen can become Prime Ximbo using the democratic process. Its a 2 stage process from Senator>Prime Ximbo. All Ximbo xitizens can vote in general elections but in order to put themselves forward to become Prime Ximbo/a minister they must first become a Ximbo senator.

Can I become Prime Ximbo more than once?
Yes ­ a Ximbo can hold the position of Prime Ximbo for 6 terms max.

How often do elections take place?
The Fashionable Republic of Ximboland holds elections every 3 months for Prime Ximbo and every 3 months for State Ministers.

Where do important discussions take place?
The Town Square.

What is the treasury/ministers/Prime Ximbos salary?
The treasury/salary is the bank account of The Fashionable Republic of Ximboland. This figure is transferred to the paypal account of the Prime Ximbo at the end of their 3 month term in charge.

How is the treasury calculated?
The treasury is funded by the Ximbo xenators.
A percentage (33%) of the money paid by Ximbo xenators via Paypal is transferred into the Ximbo treasury. The rest is used for further Ximboland development.
