For quite some time now I was thinking about this idea for a new fashion contest but before organizing this contest itself, I would like to know your opinions. This is my first time so please bear with me :)

I have noticed that for the PBFC outfits, we are not allowed to use any movies/tv shows/etc references and yet, there are so many good cosplays outfits, it's fascinating. I would like to do just the opposite and by doing so, involve everyone that likes this idea.
The idea goes as follows: Every 3weeks, I am willing (with the help of whomever will want to (to be decided)) to create a new fashion contest but to spice it up, I would like it to be a specific movie/tv show/anime/book/etc. inspired character. The movies/tv shows/anime/books/etc. will be determined using polls and everyone will be able to participate. Since its a every 3weeks contest, the rewards(to be determined still) will be a bit smaller than those monthly contests (to avoid problems) and if this contest would be loved by many, the rewards could then change.
In addition, this is the system that I was originally going to use (open to suggestions)
Week 1: The topic will be chosen and announced by the end of the week (Using polls) (max: 10 suggestions)
Week 2: Free week to get inspired and come up with an outfit and post it in the forum
Week 3: Voting the best outfit using polls yet again (this will be done by showing a picture of all the outfits that were made and then have people vote for them, but if however there will be too many, the like/dislike system will then be implemented where the thumbs down option will be taken into account because every look is awesome *^*)
The players will then have 1 free week after each fashion contest to think about a new subject for the following fashion contest.
