my periods have been a little wonky recently (which is interesting because they've been consistent since I got it when I was 14) but I think its due to my hormones changing since I just turned 20! I'm down to see a doctor though, if it continues being wonky. luckily I have no other symptoms so that's why I'm not so scared.

They are so fucking annoying dude, I just want to rip out my uterus sometimes. I don't get severe cramps but I do occasionally get heavy bleeding - which is a problem because I absolutely love horse riding and swimming. If I bleed through my tampons, I either ruin breeches or tack, or I feel humiliated in the pool. And the worst feeling is the fear of bleeding through your clothes.

i started taking the pill so that i could stop all my periods, best choice i ever made.
im on my period rn but bruh the first time i have ever started my period was like- when i was 9. I had to carry all that painful ass cramps and needing to vomit hardcore, man- didnt get to even be a kid because of how bad they were and felt embarrassed that other kids didnt have them yet where i lived. Got my first period when I was 13 and at first it was fine but a few years later the cramps just got worse to the point I would go home sick nauseous and hurting as fuck, clinging to the toilet for 30 minutes, and then go completely K.O. for 3 days, I started taking the pill specifically so I could suppress the horrible cramps and it absolutely did wonders, I now use it as well to skip my period most of the time but every 3 months or so my period wants to break free so then I just pick a week to have it and it's usually done bleeding within 3 days with minimal cramps whereas before I got on the pill the bleeding would last for at least a solid 5 days
10/10 recommend taking the pill if you're looking for a birth control that can help with regulating and easing your periods but is also easy to get off from if you decide to get kids

i got my first one when i was 9, im gonna start my period in a few days lol </3 a lot of ppl i know have really long and painful periods but i've never really had a super painful/heavy period, for the past few months i get very tiny cramps and slightly longer periods, usually mine last around 3-5 days but now its been like 4-6 days
