What are your thoughts on plastic surgery? Personally I'm fine with it for the right reasons. I feel some people go overboard and some do it at such s young age that I fear they aren't well informed on the dangers. I'll confess that I actually got breast implants less than a year ago. I wanted them since I was 12 years because I just never developed breasts. i had many years to think it over and finally made the decision to do it and I don't regret it at all. I feel more confident in my own skin.

Personally I'm fine with it! Especially considering if it wasn't for some variations of plastic surgery there wouldn't be any resources for trans people!

In the future I plan on having top and bottom surgery. Whenever I can actually afford it!

I'm ok with it. Everyone has the right to choose over their own bodies. Personally, I wouldn't have any surgery since the idea of any operation freaks me out.

im fine with it too, i dont like how some people obsess over who's "fake" and who's "real" because we're all just real people who choose to look however we want. Having plastic surgery doesnt mean someone is a liar, just means they wanted to look different or feel different about their body. I think as long as its safe and the person getting the surgery is well aware of whatever consequences it might have, then its fine. In the end, if it makes someone feel better about their body or their face then thats what really matters. Although its not guaranteed to make someone feel better about themselves, sometimes i think it can help.

I'm fine with it once its done for the right reasons. Honestly i dont think if you have all the moeny in the world that you should just bast in on plastic surgery to fix up your body. I mean no one controls your money  except for you but there are so much more things you can do with it than on something you just might regret in the future.

I agree, just because you have the money doesn't mean you should do it. Just look at all of these celebrities who just get work done and then ruin their bodies and faces. Surgery is so readily available to those with money that they just say yes to everything. A lot of them do anyway.

That's what Im saying. Those who can afford live their lives with embarrassing scares and they're ok with it. I believe if they got the chance to remove those awful scars they would take it.

My  cousins daughter as a  young toddler pulled  a hot  fry daddy full of oil  down on herself and plastic  surgery drastically reduced scarring on her face. the doctor at the time  explained  that the scar tissue needs to be reduced in  order for the burn victims to  live  a more normal  life and  to be  able   to    use   her  body  parts more  efficiently. So  there  are  instances where  the  effect is more  than  just  cosmetic  appearance. The State of  California picked up the cost of  the  plastic surgery after insurance  was exhausted for my  cousin  in addition the  Shriner s Children s burn hospital  picked  up  a lot of the costs  . the  bill ran literally into the millions of  dollars  range  just    to  save her life and do the   cosmetic surgery.   so  i ts hard  in some instances  to put a "monetary  value"  especially  where a persons  life  is concerned.Stars  like Michael  Jackson  on  the other  hand are  examples  of  Vanity  g one crazy!  he looked  way  better  when he  did "Billie Jean "  but  then went crazy with the  plastic surgery and looked awful. The key is  common sense . there  is nothing wrong with wanting  to "improve  ones  self  image"   if  you can afford it.
