hello hi hey
so it's week number two since my new stinker Kuzya (my new little orange cat) has been living with us and so far so good! Moter (my old fart, scottish-fold cat) and Kuzya have been starting to get closer!! they periodically boop noses but always sleep with me on my bed. they don't fight but they're definitely still really careful with each other. in their own cat way Kuzya was able to establish the fact Moter is old and can't jump so much, the funniest thing that i've witnessed was when I went down the stairs with all three of them. Moter was at the very front and Kuzya was following us. The way Kuzya goes down the stairs looks like he's gliding simply with how fast and smooth he is with it meanwhile Moter can't go down the stairs without thumping and taking forever even when he was younger. (Moter is just a super derpy cat overall.) We have a curtain on our hung up on the stair case because its cold and my mom turns on the heater downstairs and in order to prevent the heat from going to the second floor, we put them up and honestly it really does the job lol. Moter paused so he can get around the curtains and Kuzya straight up slaps his ass in a ''MOVE FASTER!'' manner. LMAO. it was so funny I wish I recorded it.
that being said I'm also on my second week of nursing school! i've had a quiz every single day besides fridays and its been tough to say the least. I already feel extremely behind because if I'm being completely honest, I haven't put the hours into studying as I should be... welcome to the life of having ADHD where i do absolutely fuck all till the day before a big test and thats when the reality sets in and I'm just stress studying... my grades aren't slipping but I have to figure out a way to pull myself together because I really can't continue to be this way and I only have a year and a half left of school. after that i'll be making good money and hopefully afford to move out even though I'm so nervous of the idea of moving out. part of me is so extremely excited because once I get out of my moms chokehold I can be my own person! but then another part of me finds it hard to move out and leave my mom on her own. back in highschool i was dreaming of moving out of my house because of all the shit that happened between my mom and i. as i got older she's not really like that anymore, i finished highschool and went to college however it still really fucks with me because all the emotions, the stuff in the past, the way it sculpted me makes me so frustrated, angry and sad. then again another part of me sees how there were definitely times where i did some fucked up shit i shouldn't have done which ultimately led me to the type of consequences i knew would happen. maybe its the fact i'm 21 now and i'm going through the typical midlife stage of recognizing the type of person i was in the past and so on and the fact i have to mature and rewire a lot of things about myself (which is for good reason). maybe i'm just actually sick and tired of acting like the whole world is against me, giving too much attention to the past when instead i can use my experience to potentially help others and just put those feelings into better use by moving on with my life. of course i still love my mom and she was raised to give the type of love she knows hence the idea of leaving her alone makes me sad but then again who am i fucking kidding, i'm not moving countries and at most its cities and nothing a 20 minute drive can't resolve in that sense. lol. its complicated and if i had to run down my whole life story this post would take up a whole page but it feels nice to let it out lol.
in a typical ximboglizzy style, i don't expect anyone to read this all and reply to it. i just like posting too much about my life to people that didn't ask LOL.

For me I hate that feeling of like feeling like you cant keep up, but keeping up enough that people will just brush it off because you just are. And remember to text your mum at least.

Lovely cats Liz! There are many ways to organize yourself in regards to school, you just have to find the one that works best for you (schedules, recordings, etc). And leaving the people we love is hard but at least you will be close by!
