OMG i had that issue too, i just recently switched to gel because im so bad with my needle care LOLZ. i found it helpful to put bandaids over each site so i remembered where, but then i kept running out of bandaids :(

that's actually really smart though i dont trust myself to leave the bandaid on lol. gel isn't covered by my insurance so I'm just forcing myself to not only get over my fear of needles but be more mindful of what I'm doing...

been wanting to get more piercings recently, but needles are my absolute nemesis and when i got my septum pierced i had a horrible panic attack lmao so i’ve gotta think a bit more about whether that’s a good idea :>
i had tried earring pierce twice and only became more worst infection on the wound, i cant wear silver earring at all :<
my bridge piercing has never fully healed and its definitely been way over a year, idk what to do about it cause i dont want to take it out... ik i need to go see my piercer again but im nervy

a bridge is my dream piercing but i heard it has pretty high rejection rates and never quite heals (not to mention it's in a high traffic area, which defo doesn't help). the whole "correct anatomy" thing is super important with it, so i'd hate to get all hyped up just to realize my face can't hold it lolz

i really struggled in the past with a planner but ive been using my bullet journal consistently for over a year now which is huge for me. i use it to keep track of my shifts and doctors appointments and other scheduled events. i have a really simple layout (happy to share if anyone is interested) because i just have never been able to maintain anything complex.

ooh i'd be interested to learn a simple bullet journal layout! like i know bullet journaling is supposed to be helpful for people with adhd but i really do feel like the steps to actually maintaining a journal are insurmountable right now i need it broken down for me lol
