I wanted to explain the situation with closing threads since it has got so much attention :D
It's not a secret there is a rule not to revive threads that has been inactive for more than a year. Recently there has been a lot of activity in the old threads cos of that FP decided to close the old threads to avoid these situations in future. The threads that are inactive are like that for a reason. The topic isn't relevant anymore or has exhausted itself.
We are sorry for the inconvenience and the letters from FP mailman about edited topics cos of this.

I know it's still a bit, but I wonder what to prepare for Easter. what is traditionally prepared at your homes?

Anastazja I love Easter ^_^. The main hero are the eggs ofcourse. We usually color like 100 of them. I know it sounds a lot but we are big family and they usually are all eaten by the end of Easter. Since the weather is nice around Easter we are firing up grill and roasting 'šašļiks' (it's marinated meet cut in cubes). Then some green salad and something sweet like 'kēkss' (a huge muffin). And for most part that's it.
The fun part are all the traditions like swinging in swings so that mosquitoes don't bite all summer long, first egg needs to be eaten with salt otherwise the person will lie all year long :D etc. My kids love this just as much as looking the eggs at the morning in their PJ and coats.
