I would love to learn to ice skate
This is the first year my city made a 2.5 mile long Ice-skating track so wide that you could drive 3 'lorrie's/ semi-s with 3 trailer's on, Side by side.
It really requires NO city fund's and the 'fire department' keep's it fresh as a training exercise, spraying hoses, in a place with no fire's to put out. It is a cute place to have FREE, fun on 'blades of steel'.

Nice. Are you better at riding ice skates or rollerblades?
I'm much better at roller-blades. Crazy actually. My top speed as clocked next to an automobile was 35 MPH. Ice skate's maybe 15 MPH, I suck at skating on Ice. Hockey player's put me to shame. Yet the reverse is true too. Hockey player's cant keep up with me on roller blades. Why? I don't know... but the two sport's while they seem the same are very different. Ice verses dry asphalt? and temperature? I feel like I'm a 'pussy on ICE', and yet it is harder, and scares the shit out of me. I know what my wheel's can to and it's traction on pavement. or indoor's on a urethane surfaced, track. I can stick to it like 'White on Rice'.

I still like looking like a little girl skating on ice. Don't get me wrong about that. The boy's still like to chase me down, and hold my hand. Poor helpless me needs a date for a slow skate? haha.

'Your Banking/drifting' in your leg's, The one on the outside of the turn taking the 'WEIGHT' but the effect is very odd because you Cross over your feet..... like a figure 8 way. Watch an Olympic speed skater's match. on YOU TUBE to understand the crossover of feet at high speed.
On a motorcycle it is the exact opposite. Handlebar's 'HARD right' to turn LEFT SHARPLY'. and vice vera'. To much and you do what is called ' a high side- loop'. CRASH burn and die'..... Speed no matter the method is dangerous, till you learn to control the forces of gravity. Trial and error, is how scab's and pain are made..
They are skill's that are learned by many crashes.....

No, I haven't crashed a motorcycle.
I did all of my crashing on pedal bike's when I was 4-14 years of age. I learned at slow speeds and over time, as humans normally do in the past......... you fall and get up and try again...........
