I apologize, but your best bet would be to reverse the boob job in order to have access to all new content. We have made exceptions about moving items in the past, but I'm not sure that we can make exceptions every time. We have also warned people to not get the boob job as it messes with shop access (this isn't something that TB has mentioned they will fix soon). For future reference, it's also in our FAQ here, which we hope people will read prior to making requests for items.
