Not that I know of, no.
But there are two "Sunset" backgrounds on the beach:
A "Bridge by Night" background
"Lunar" background in many different colors
A "Fire" background
Quite a few "Night" backgrounds
In the Digital section of the (clothing) shop you can find "Moon":
And if you search for "ground", there's a "Beach ground":
So you might be able to puzzle something together. If not, I suggest flipping the pages of the background-section of the Other-shop until you find something that looks okay, there really are a lot of options! :)

You were looking at the right place. All clothes and lingerie that fit Jessica boobs and Xtina's busty anime skins are there. There will be more items there but at the moment that's all.
@Jamie All backgrounds are in Backgrounds. Partial backgrounds, transparent filters, bubbles, moons, suns, grounds are in Digitals, at least most of them. I believe you can make some romantic full moon on a beach setting using together some of backgrounds, beach ground and full moon.
One more romantic BG is Xtina_723's Sunset Hearts and check also AlienPrienceFromVenus Moon Palace
