I smoked quite a bit as a teen, I used it to force myself to take deep breaths when having a mental breakdown. I'd smoke to escape stress, PTSD, anxiety, etc. I used any cig I got my hands on, never bought them myself. I don't know any brands and what's best but it worked out for me. I'll be honest I quite miss cigarettes. My husband has weed blunts for my migraines but I'm not a fan of the aftertaste. Weed makes me feel nauseous as well so I only use it when pain killers don't do shit. I kinda wanna go for a walk one day to buy some cigs, listen to my teen tunes and relieve leftover burdens. I have severe social anxiety though, and I almost never go out, let alone on my own. Plus I'm one to lose my ID and shit all the time so I have my husband keep it for me. I degress, sorry for this random ramble.

I mean I have asthma so you know doesnt really mix well. I've done the occasional puffs but not like a full hit of it so I just put havent ever smoked

I don't smoke unless I'm already intoxicated. My family has a history of lung cancer (from cigarette use). I do edibles instead :))
Aww I'm sorry to hear that, Krystul. My family also has a history of that as well, given more than half of my dad's (11) siblings smoke, haha. One brother (of my dad's- my uncle-) died in a car crash shortly before I was born though. I don't know if his mum (my grandma) smoked, but I know she died from lung cancer before I was a toddler. My dad's dad is still up and at 'em (90 years give or take). Sorry for the ramble- I wanted to empathize then went on a tangent. ;w;

I am unfortunately a chainsmoker. I started when I was 18. Funnily enough, they changed the law that you have to be 21 to smoke 6 months after I turned 18. I think as long as I'm in the restaurant business, or have anxiety, I will always smoke. I actually like the patches, they give you a nice buzz, but I can't go without the mouth feel of a real cigarette. Vapes don't even do that for me. Usually when I have a patch or a vape I end up smoking on the patch and just hitting the vape in-between cigarettes.

i have been a social smoker since i was like 15, and kept telling myself i would quit after every night out, but could never seem to do it. fast forward to spring this year where i had an internship at a hospital where i had to teach a fitness class for elders w lung diseases (lung cancer, COPD) – have literally not touched a cigarette since, that stuff was TERRIFYING
on wednesdays, thursdays, fridays, saturdays, sundays, mondays and tuesdays, we wear pink x <3
i only smoke with my sister, she's the only person i trust enough to do it around. always awk when a tinder date wants to and i have to explain that i dont smoke anything that my sister hasn't rolled or packed lol
