Anyone can host a contest. All you really have to do to host a contest is to create a calendar post and create a contest thread. Unfortunately there is not mass email/post option for hosts to announce their contest.

Since I have some free time during the holidays I might look through what I can find and see if I can think of something that hasn't been done!! As a fashion designer I'm really enjoying what everyone does with each theme, since we're all so different here in the game when it comes to aesthetics, and I have a lot of fun during any contest, whether I participate or not!!
