Remember the ole' day's ?
Much of the controversial topics, was often caused just to see a reaction from the players.
Bebe,  you and I are used to an American form of democracy. (RE:post#09,1st page)

To be serious,  you BUY a counsel-seat in town hall.
Then become a mayor by the peoples vote.
If your lucky and the party still loves you then you become a governor.
If your lucky after that term in office and the party still favors you with donations from special interest groups.., you can become a Senator.
The American government is as corrupt as the Devil himself.

American's have taken the road to Absolute power corrupts absolutely.
TSA,DHS,FBI,CIA,ATF,EPA,HHS,CPS, ____  ECT!!!
All of the alphabet soup, has more power to destroy an average citizen, than it really benefits the general population by protecting against a very rare criminal element.  It's all about funding.  Follow the money, if anyone can and deny the fact. Governmental, job security is all that matters most in America. Even the GAO, Government Accounting Office is unable too account for trillions of B$.
The money trail stinks to high Heaven's. ( A bad play on words but fitting, don't you think?)

SweetasNuts, is taking so many shortcuts with this game and that I believe we both can see is very obvious.  Politics is a dirty show of self interest.  I'd love to rant about our current real-life president, but what good would it do?
We and the world are stuck with him, and no amount of tears and wailing is going to change the problems with government. That is just real LIFE, and a problem for the next generation of voters to fix.

This I believe is why debate is so important in this game, right now.  We see it as just a forum game.  I'm talking about stupid stuff, in the PUB,  but I can also see a broader picture of a plan. Humor and seriousness often works very well, 'Hand in Hand'.  Look how well the, "Daily Show" did taking the news and making a joke out of it.  So effective, an entire generation has been brainwashed into believing in nothing about real life because everything is a joke.  Even worse thinking the jokes are REAL and voting for an American President.

Yes, I bought my membership, but it doesn't mean I'm selling my soul for a pretend Senate seat.  We all must remember that this is a game, and a experiment of virtual politics.  So a Leader must know how to communicate on a forum.  SweetasNut's obviously can't.
Or is his silence the CLUE?

I really think that faker is right . this game seriously needed an upgrade

Im pretty dissapointed with this new version of miss bimbo tbh....i meant the changes made to this game isnt as exciting as the old one. I really prefer the old bimbo game.I love how i can go to the salon, decorate my house, own a pet,and do make ups on my bimbo. I wouldnt want to spend my own real money just tobuy clothes for my bimbo, especially im from a foreign country, that would cost me alot. And i've spent a couple of years to play the old bimbo game in order to level up. not to mention that i've spent, and WILLING to spend real money to buy bimbo dollars. Now that of my "efforts" have been deleted just so you want to make it a democratic game........im dissapointed

I loved the old game, and this is nothing like it, there's no ways to earn money like the old game, plus spending my OWN money on a game like this? No thanks...

I accidentally clicked "dislike" on this post above. However, I wholeheartedly agree. The reason I played Miss Bimbo was because of the fashion and makeup and goofiness. While playing it I didn't have to think about life or the government because it was nothing like life. I also played it because it was free. School and life are expensive. I can't spend money frivolously on an online game. I understand changes will be made in the future, but the whole point of Miss Bimbo was the fashion and the light hearted-ness. You could get a boob job! How ridiculous, but hilarious. I'm just being honest when I say most of the community will probably not come back when this site is so completely different. And since it's open to children as young as 13, I'm sure their parents are not going to give them money to spend on this site. Even with the differences, I applaud the effort to try and resurrect Miss Bimbo. I miss it so much and spent so many hours of my life playing it.

If money was the issue of putting the old Miss Bimbo back up, I bet a Kickstarter would have gotten a pretty good response with a lot of backers, especially with exclusive clothing, or a few months of VIB for free...that is, IF it was regularly updated and all that.  Maybe I'm reading the first post wrong, but to me it seems like this:  "I know this game isn't fun, but if you would give me lots of money, maybe it could be fun!"  It seems pretty underhanded.

you put it into words :/ this is my fear for this game. and i think maybe others fear this too.

i don't know about you but i feel like i can't trust SweetasNuts as much as i would like to, because he's not around, you know? it's really bothering me that he doesnt answer questions. he talks but he doesnt answer. i dont want to be too negative, but for this game to succeed we need answers from those running it. we need to know that were not wasting money on something that they dont have any intentions of improving on. for now im giving them the benefit of the doubt, but i am not giving money until i get answers from SweetasNuts, or whoever else is running this site. it's absurd to expect us to blindly throw our money at people who won't even answer our questions. that came out harsh but.. its how i feel right now about this situation. i dont want to cause outrage or drama. im just putting my thoughts out there.

also, i realize that SweetasNuts might have a busy life outside of bimbolands. maybe that could be the reason he's not around, but he could at least tell us if this is the case. it might help us be more patient with the site. but whatever, he can choose to do whatever he feels is best.

This is all really sad because I'm getting the sense that the beloved Miss Bimbo game we all know and love is never going to make a return. It seems that this game has taken a turn for the worst and the parts of the game that we bimbos love and that matters to us unfortunately doesn't matter to the one in charge of it all.  It seems that the game will never be the same because the focus is, for some reason, now on politics versus fashion and fun (which we bimbos loved and that's why we played miss bimbo for so many years).  This random craze about politics makes no sense and has nothing to do with the spirit of miss bimbo.  I wish I could still play the old miss bimbo because I have no interest in politics at all.  In fact, this game shouldn't be called bimbolands at all.. it has nothing to do with the identity of us bimbos.

Rest in Peace Miss Bimbo.

I completely agree.  Miss Bimbo was about fashion, fun and beimg ridiculous and not at all life-like in the sense of the seriousness of life, like politics andmoney grabbing schemes.. hence the name "Miss Bimbo".  I'm sorry for being such a downer on a new project but this really just sucks.  The reason I keep coming back is because I am loyal to Miss Bimbo and I have such high hopes of that game making a come back in this game.  Sadly, I keep feeling let down because there are zero improvements to the fun factor.  Please find a way to resurrect Miss Bimbo!

for now im happy with how the community is doing, people are chatting and hanging out, even playing games on the forums. because the site is so new, a lot of people are joining and being dissapointed with the lack of things to do, but im just hoping that there will be more features added in the future. i also hope that SweetasNuts will explain whats going on with the site. i dont understand why he would target the former bimbo audience for a political game that revolves around using forums and not include something fashion related and fun (other than dressing our bimbos.) to me, it would make more sense for bimbolands to be a hybrid between politics and fashion. include the debates, and politics, but also give us our fashion duels and minigames! in others words, give people what they came here for, and they might discover they enjoy the politics and debates as well.

No one is going to invest real money into this until real improvement is made. I feel like we've been sitting in this extremely unfinished state for way too long, and now you're talking about people needing to spend money to get this thing rolling. You should have done that BEFORE opening. Had a fundraiser, kickstarter-- something instead of talking about wanting/needing money and only offering empty promises and what you'd like to do.

To me, the solution is very simple -- make noticeable improvements to the site. Even if you don't have the funds or feel like you're putting more money in than you're getting back, you're going to have to grit and bear it because there just isn't going to be a steady flow of cash when you still have broken avatars. You bit off more than you can chew and opened Bimbolands in an extremely unfinished state. Complaining (for the lack of a better word) about money problems now is a bad way to start things. Bimbolands has only been open for two months! Now you're basically blackmailing people into giving you money to keep bimbolands alive and growing.

The fact that this has turned into a pay-to-win game only rubs salt into the wound. Now, if there is anyone who may be able to turn this thing around, they have to pay and hope it's worth it.
