Maybe someone will answer no because they don't want to live though the death of their pet a second time or they can no longer look after their pet for some reason.

I'd say no, based solely on the fact that all of my pets died from old age or complications from old age, and bringing them back from the dead doesn't really fix the fact that they're still old and still sick :(

No, because he was insanely possessive of me and I know he'd kill my new cat out of jealousy.
But, also, yes, cause he got killed by a pack of stray dogs in my neighbour's yard and the neighbour put him in a bag and threw him away and I didn't find out what happened until 2 months later. I'd like a chance to say goodbye.

After my pet turtle died my grandma scooped out her fleshy remains and turned her dead shell into a flashlight by putting fairy lights inside so like... probably not.
