I figure there's a whole heap of us from different places around this beautiful earth. I'd love to hear some of the favourite places that you've visited...
Maybe it's a place you visit often, or maybe you've only visited once...but where is the place you find a little piece of heaven?
Your favourite place on earth...
I'll start...
My little piece of heaven is located in Halls Gap, Australia.
In any visit, you're guaranteed to see kangaroos hopping around the place, but you may even be lucky enough to see some other native Australian wildlife...emus, kookaburras, and maybe even (but hopefully not!) a snake!
One of my favorite places is found in Ensenada, Baja California. I came here from Princess Cruise. It is known for the Grande Beach, which is absolutely gorgeous! I have only stayed there for a couple of hours and I hope I can visit again. Another place in Ensenada I enjoyed visiting is its downtown. I also only stayed here for about an hour or two, but it is one of the best tourist sites ever (at least in my opinion, ha.) There are a bunch of nice photos online if you want to see Ensenada. :)
My favorite place on earth is my room. It's comfy, quiet. Full of books, and I feel safe. It's got music. My bed. My nirvanna.

Sookie Eddwards, I love my bedroom too. It's so nice to have a place to retreat and relax. We're pretty lucky to have that space available to us!

One of my favorite places on earth is Italy- Venice . Even if it's a little bit expensive , this city is amazing. The food is very delicious , the views are beautiful and i can say that it's the perfect place you can spend time with your love .
I'm an island girl so i prefer tropical areas. Bring on the sand and sun.
That is yet to be determined. Haven't seen enough to have much of an opinion, but my bed is pretty nice.
Motherhood is a place I visited today.
Totally silly because I was a mother to my own children, yet raising them was easy with education and a lot of money. (EASY)
Today, I let Jackies little boys crash bikes on a dirt track in a race with other little boys. Bruised knees and broken skin and few tears. 3 trophies the boys earned. I did it all with a baby in my arms, cheering them on. As I cleaned their wounds, their real mother looked on in awe. I was kissed by some youthful gladiators. It was an official BMX dirt track racing league they were bold enough to race in, and I sponsored them. 3 boys' dreams came true today..
What better place could a person be, than building men for the future. (?) I know..... holding a little sister while three little boys needed me to patch them up. I taught first aid skills to a pair of 9 year old boys today. Kissed the hurt from a 6 year old boy, and gave the parent a much needed break from her life.
I got to visit my happy place today. I was so rewarded. It cost me nothing but time and love for humanity. It was also so fun to watch.
The bike races were fun, but honestly for me my thrill was the baby. The brothers saw me able to give them my attention, and a little bundle of joy didn't get in the way of that. I nearly forgot how wonderful it is to muti-task as a mother. 3 boys made me very proud today.
Where I was today doesn't get much better than that. In my opinion. Of course I was totally Jaded by a baby's pure green eyes,
Beauty comes in both sexes and ages.
Teaching prepared me for this moment but I never thought caring for them would have such an effect on me.
I'm normally a male hater, but for some stupid reason God has made me appreciate the opposite sex once again. (this is my flaw)
I just hope the boys reach adulthood without become common ass-holes. Ego is a tough thing to fight. They earned trophies today. Yeah!!!, worry, on my part because failure to the boys is no longer an option. They desire to impress me at the ripe old age of 9.
That IS my sort of MEN in training. I'm taking them on as a personal philanthropic goal.
Guess what.... 200 B$ to Charity doesn't even come close to the cost of a single bike for a single little boy in the RACE.
I'm more proud of a six year old boy who won a race and got a bit bloody, right now than you could even imagine.
He was racing to impress me. ( and won ) It was such a beautiful jump he made crossing the finish line. I held my breath while he was in the air and crashed crossing the finish line.
I actually made sure the dust didn't get in the babies eyes. She was so wrapped up in my arms I couldn't even root for my teams.
The baby was asleep. priorities. HAHA got to LUV'em. They placed their trophies next to my silly and small dance competition trophies.
My challenge is to make them own the reward. and put them om their wall of honor. I just gave them the day and equipment. A fair trade to hold their little sister. < my fight is not falling in love >. To late........... The baby has bonded to me as if she was nursing on my breast's too. I'm pleased to die now.
